Walter offers a unique and diversified experience that distinguishes him among mediators. In his 40 years of practice he has litigated both for plaintiffs and defendants, corporations and individuals, and in state and federal courts throughout the U.S. He has been a complex case litigator in cases across the country for more than 40 years. Walter has litigated cases in more than 13 states and appellate cases before 9 federal courts of appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Well-respected by both colleagues and adversaries, many of whom have graciously offered their reference for his mediation practice, Walter has consistently striven to be known for his honesty and fairness as well as his deep knowledge of law and procedure that only comes with a lifetime of such litigation experience. George has a broad array of experience with alternative dispute resolution vehicles, including working with nationally recognized mediators in resolving mass tort cases and multi-party cost recovery actions. He has handled private and court-imposed mediation, mini-trials, neutral evaluation, and arbitration. George is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and acts as a Mediator, Early Neutral Evaluator, and Arbitrator for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mindy applies various alternative dispute resolution methods to private and court-imposed mediation, neutral evaluation, arbitration, and mini-trials. She has been appointed as a Mediator, Early Neutral Evaluator, and Arbitrator for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
