Michael T. Korns is an associate in the Pittsburgh Office of DeForest Koscelnik Yokitis Skinner & Beradinelli. Michael focuses his practice on litigation, and has experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including products liability, tort defense, employment, class action defense, intellectual property, election law, real estate, UCC issues, and contract disputes. Michael has represented clients in both state and federal court in jurisdictions across the United States.

Michael is a 2006 graduate of Harvard Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003, with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science.

Michael is a native of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, which has recognized Michael for his contributions to the Court’s Pro Bono Service Panel. Michael has co-authored several articles concerning class action defense. He is a member of the Westmoreland County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
